A name or place entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its result. McMullen County Criminal History does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email may be kept long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. It remains within the operating team unless disclosure is required by law.

McMullen County Criminal History does not maintain, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It publishes general directions to the McMullen County Sheriff, the courts, Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. Visitor information is not used to create third-party dossiers or consumer reports, and this website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
